Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
2. eBooks & Digital Products — Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks and downloadable content are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
